Terms & Conditions

1.  Booking & Payment:  To secure your reservation at Beacon Hudson Hideaway, full payment is required at the time of booking.  

 

Following booking, you will receive a secure verification request via TRUVI.  This step allows us to thoughtfully curate our guest experience and maintain a space rooted in trust and care.

 

We believe that how a space feels begins long before you arrive - ensuring that every guest experience is grounded in trust, respect, and ease.  As soon as your verification is complete, you will receive a final confirmation email with all the details of your stay.   

 

2.  Cancellation Policy:  30+ days = full refund; 7-30 days = 50%, unless rebooking for similar date(s) within 60 days of original booking; <7 days=no refund

 

3.  Check in / out:  Check in is from 3pm on... Check out is at 11am.

 

4.  Maximum Occupancy:  2 Adults; only registered guests and one vehicle are allowed on premise; no parties or events

 

5.  House Rules:  No smoking of any kind inside the unit; No pets allowed; Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am; please respect the space as if it were your own

Cancellation Policy
• 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund.
• 7–29 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
• Within 7 days of arrival: Non-refundable.

Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: 3:00 PM or later
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

 

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is two guests unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

No Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted at Beacon Hudson Hideaway. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), trained service animals that perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome and are not subject to additional fees. Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals and are not accommodated at this owner- occupied, single-unit property.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
